Family asks why suicidal woman allowed to leave hospital unsupervised

Stacey McKinnon-Smith was allowed to leave the Queen Elizabeth Hospital grounds alone to have a cigarette, even though her family had asked the hospital not to let her do this, due to four threats to take her own life in the three previous months.
